  • Contract type: fixed term contract until 31st December 2026
  • Salary: €45,830 - €63,000 (DOE)
The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for the stability, availability and controlled operation of Clúid’s business critical applications, including Dynamics 365, Business Central, Dataverse, vendor extensions (IPC/TLL), and Azure-based integrations. 
 
The role provides L2/L3 application support, delivers a range of application administration activities, supports incident/problem/change/release processes, and contributes to the development and delivery of a governed, Continuous Improvement (CI) / small enhancements pipeline within the Applications Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Service Support 
  • Monitor daily health, availability and performance of Dynamics/Dataverse and integrated applications.
  • Perform triage, classification and technical diagnosis (L2/L3) across the AST ticket queue.
  • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and known error records.
  • Support operational reporting, capacity/performance analysis and SLA tracking.
Incident & Major Incident  and Problem Management 
  • Conduct L2/L3 diagnostics across Dynamics, Dataverse, IPC/TLL components, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and queues.
  • Support Major Incident coordination, providing technical input and executing recovery steps.
  • Provide RCA inputs within 3 business days and final RCA contributions within 7 days.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate as Problem Records.
  • Maintain high quality problem records and ensure follow through to closure.
Change & Release Governance 
  • Ensure all changes meet Safe Change and AST governance requirements, including correct classification, regression assessment, and documentation.
  • Validate solution layering, environment alignment, and absence of cross environment links.
  • Support PREPROD dress rehearsals and verify release readiness (evidence, rollback, release notes).
  • Assist with Microsoft Wave releases and vendor hotfix planning and execution.
 Monitoring, Alerting & Operational Readiness 
  • Operate monitoring tools for Dynamics/Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, queues and IPC/TLL components.
  • Investigate failures, degraded performance, abnormal patterns or queue backlogs.
  • Support operational readiness checks for releases, environment refreshes and integrations.
  • Maintain and improve monitoring playbooks and alert rules.

Person Specification
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills 
Experience/Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role. 
  • Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 / Dataverse.
  • Understanding of solution layering, promotion and ALM principles.
  • Experience withAzure Functions, Logic Apps,queuesand monitoring tools.
  • Strong diagnostic capability with a systematic troubleshooting approach.
  • Good understanding of ITIL Incident/Problem/Change processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with IPC/TLL vendor applications.
  • Exposure to CI/smallchangedelivery in controlled environments.
  • Familiarity with PREPROD rehearsals, releasecyclesand operational readiness checks.
  • Experience with telemetry, monitoringdashboardsand alert tuning.
